Pjax driver was not at fault and was sitting still when the other driver hit him.

Actually it was a Vitran driver in a Pjax truck.

Tractor or trailer suffered no damage and both were back on the road the next day.

While the driver was not legally responsible, I am curious, Does anyone know what safety had to say about this? They usually have ways still of making the driver to blame even if he's not...

Having worked for pjax in the past, they will probably end up telling him to take a couple days off from work. Then when he shows up after that, they'll tell him to go home he don't work here no more.

Never heard another thing about it, kind of hard to put any blame on the driver when hes sitting still in his own lane. Driver wasnt given any time off and runs his route every day.
