So today a sign up sheet went up at my barn....I don't know if they think they are going to force, but the manager did say, "we need people to work"

For as long as I can remember, holiday work was always voluntary from the top, forced from the bottom in order to fill the need.

There's a sign up sheet at 269,says if they don't get enough volunteers they're going to force from the bottom up.

They should abolish all bids and go by seniority and qualifications and call for each shift.

No attempt to force at 049; philly. Volunteer list been up for a month, 75% signed up to work

At 269 our supplement pays double for each hour worked on top of holiday pay so there was no shortage of volunteers
