I wonder if they have already built this and just delayed moving in,Winter in MT.can be very cold,You would'nt start construction this late in the fall.

They had the ground breaking back in August but I don't know how much progress has been made...10-4 on the weather.

Seems like it would be ready to move into by now.Sounds like it's located in a tax abated park ,maybe OD just isnt ready to start ops yet [not enough volume]
