Michelle Obama Urges All High School Students to Apply for Federal Aid: 'Don't Leave Money on the Table'

As part of its endeavor to provide cradle to grave federally funded education, the Obama administration had First Lady Michelle Obama and U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan get the word out that almost all students are eligible for federal aid for college.

The First Lady and Duncan appeared at T.C. Williams High School in Alexandria, Virginia, on Wednesday to kick off the new federal college aid campaign. Mrs. Obama told students that applying for federal student aid is easier than they think and well worth the effort because almost every student is eligible for some kind of aid.

Never too early to get yourself in debt to the Feds.
Sure they will give you as much money as you need for that degree in 17th Century French Poetry, or Womens Studies. Take all you want. $100K for a "solid" degree like that.

Get every bit, dont worry about it until later. After all, soon, the fry cook at McDonalds with the Masters in basket weaving will be making $15 an hour

Michelle's education was paid for by taxpayers. It took her a long time to be proud of the country that has given her everything. She encourages more parasites to feed at the trough paid for by working Americans.

Him being a community agitator and her with her "no show" jobs should tell us that we shouldn't be surprised when we hear details of their "hand out" agenda. They've never ran a business or had to punch a time clock. They've had a free ride their entire life. That's what Moochelle meant when she said that for the first time in her adult life she was proud of America. She was proud because she felt that America had finally taken the same approach on life as her and Barry did. She finally became proud of America when the majority agreed to get all of the freebies that you can.
And look at the "freebie" numbers since they've got in there.......they've sky-rocketed.

Student debt cannot be discharged via bankruptcy
Problem is economics is never taught, these kids cannot balance a checkbook are horrible with money and have no personal responsibility.
Plus, they are being screwed, private sector student loans interest was under 3% public is just under 7% (6.8% to be exact)
