For the first time in what seems to be a pretty long time (1 year) we have finally gained runs instead of losing.. 2 runs gained on our next upcoming bid

More could’ve been gained but I feel like they want to keep the extraboard large to cover the imbalance lanes

Just rebid in Nashville. Added 2 runs. Running extras in Kcy lane but didn't add any there. 34 extraboard, but using 4+ in the city daily because we are missing pickups and deliveries. Lost several customers. One customer we lost we didn't pickup up for three days. It's so bad Doak Slay showed up in Nashville.

Oh and we are still doing Express and Ground stuff when we can't even take care of our customers.

Main issue is dock. Can't get anything loaded on time. City drivers getting out 2-3 hours late. Our dock is a joke. They hide behind isms and phobias to not work. Stand and talk constantly. If management tries corrective action they run to HR and get away with it.

This is all corporates fault! You allowed people to cry racism, sexism, discrimination etc etc etc. Now you have a portion of your work force that is destroying what left of your company!
Everything that goes woke goes BROKE!

At every trucking company central thinks they are the best thing that ever to trucking. Some times they are very condescending and makes you wanna ask them what their problem is.
