the equipment at most terminals are in really bad shape.about 1/3 of the trucks are down at alot of terminals.we arent talking minor problems. p.m.s arent being done that could find even more problems. some are asked to drive trucks that are unsafe for the road and wouldnt pass d.o.t. inspections. if you dont drive, you get sent home. no pay. drivers are liable for the problems if caught. even worse,someone might get injured or killed. if you have a problem with your truck and cant get it resolved at the terminal or by corperate, YOU CAN CALL D.O.T. WITHOUT GIVING YOUR NAME.JUST ASK FOR A D.O.T. INQUIRERY AT YOUR TERMINAL. remember, its your butt out there, not theres.
