I passed an accident scene this past Thursday on I-70 wb near Dunningsville, PA. Judging by the condition of the NEMF Volvo, I would say that Ward was either stopped or travelling well below the speed limit when hit. The shoulders along that stretch are very narrow so if Ward was broke down on the side, the trailer would be blocking at least 1/3 of the right lane.
Anyone hear about this and know the condition of the driver? News coverage I was able to find was limited to a traffic report.
