It has been like this the 15 years I have been with Estes,it is unbelievable that they come out every year and just confuse the **** out of everybody.To all the young guys that have a dog in this fight pick one and stay the **** with it because Estes has never recognized seniority except when it behooves them,its not right but thats the way it is here.When they put these bid runs up they need to put a set of rules right next to them so some of you guys can save on blood pressure meds.As for the future,this is what is coming down the pike.NonstopDelivery - Locations so alot of us wont have to worry about driving for Estes to much longer.Ya all be safe
