Ditto to Smokestack's response. I wonder what the "numbers" are for your customer center. CCM is wasting 15-30 minutes a day planning his day and communicating to drivers when to show up.
With bids you know who's coming in and when.
Wonder what other numbers he's messed up because of his lack of organization skills.
Call Human Resources about the moral. CCM's can be replaced.......

Bidding

if someone is on light duty do they get to bid? especially if they wont be back to work come the new bid starting date?

i asked because i think im getting shafted by someone thats been on light duty for over 8 months

If a person is on light duty the only way he or she can bid a truck is if they have a doctor's note saying they'll be back within i beleive it's 18 day's of the new bid starting, otherwise they ARE not allowed to rebid it's in the rule book plus i say this because i was on light duty, also we have a current city driver out and he was'nt allowed to rebid,hope this help's you.:smilie_132: :3dflagsdotcom_usa_2
