new dispatchers??

I was just wondering if the two best auburn dispatchers have left yet?? Word is somebody hired a bunch of efficiency guys. I never understood why you need so many paper pushers, especially the one in dispatch. It's simple. Pick up the freight and get it back asap. It's been the same thing for 100 years and it's not going to change.

I got an idea, lets hire somebody that has never dispatched or driven a truck to be a dispatcher. Next thing you know mr. terminal manager you'll be at peninsula.
