New England Motor Freight driver didn't judge a turn wide enough in MASS.

If the driver was willing to pay the tow fee he may have avoided a chargeable.
However had he hit the car I'm sure he would have had a chargeable.
 
Not an expert on those type of close corners and streets, but by the picture it appears he had ample room to swing out to his left a little further with the short trailer.

It’s not a pup. Look at the trailer tire position (tandems??). Turning left is what got him in that position.
Although I’m not sure. My expertise is in low tunnels and boardwalk incidences....
