No, he won't forfet anything. The stock is his no matter what. He may even have a golden parachute a.k.a. severance pay, that will keep him afloat for a long while. He won't be hurting in any way.

It looks like he has about $650,000 worth of company stock. With that and his golden parachute, I don't think we'll be seeing him in the bread line any time soon.

He is (was) an officer of a publicly traded company, therefore his compensation is public knowledge. You just have to know where to look.
