The lease is only good until 2019

Yes they are leased I don't know about subscription Holland doesn't have radios in ours. Slip box still perfect for me.

Most road guys had radios installed in their trucks so that wasn't an issue. The ones who didn't hooked up and removed radios on their time since they're not hourly employees....
