There appears to be a problem with how the new dispatcher is doing things and upper management has stepped in to try to get to the bottom of it. Having no regard for routes that have been bid on and sending drivers wherever he pleases has been the biggest issue.

People are always, always, pushing the the rules with their own personal gain in mind.... from Prisoners to Pastors to Presidents.
In this country, over 200 years worth of written laws, rules, and regulations, all of which were forged into existence by so many brave men and women over the past couple of centuries, are all now being scoffed at, if not downright and deliberately disobeyed.

The new norm is, “ I can do anything that I want”.

It’s all from the top, down, and spreading amongst us, unchecked, at the bottom of the heap.
