If it is not an accident that is ruled preventable, it will not mess with your Safety bonus. The only thing that has changed is that anytime you report an incident to Safety, the terminal manager gets a report and is supposed to sit down and talk to you about it. He then decides what he thinks the ruling should be and sends it in. That is not necessarily what it will be ruled as that is still left to Safety.
