Who are the teamsters fighting for? Doesn't the dues they are paid by workers suppose to pay them for fighting for the workers if they are wronged.

A handbook can say anything the company wants it to....a signed contract is what stands up at panel....

its kind of strange when the employee handbook calls out something wrong the employer is caught doing but they have the right to change it on the spot as their interpretation. They get mad for being called out then tell you its their way or the highway.

The employee hand book is for non union personnel. They way this companies cutting jobs, they won't be able to hire any quality people in the future.

Mostly applies to management. The rest is mostly common sense example don't steal dont say something about someone's orientation kinda stuff. You can think it just don't say it.
