Estes | New uniforms

I have not bought anything from new vendor but several drivers where im out of have. The new vendor is not getting many positive comments from what i hear. One driver said the pants were thing and the way were cut binds him up in his critch and the gloves he received were large but won't even fit his hand. One drive got some of the shirts that have the reflective yellow on them and he said they were fine. He bought them so he wouldn't have to wear the reflective vests they want to wear. Id say they are cheaper than Cintas and that's why Estes changed over to them. I pretty much just wear my every day attire i buy from a big box store and throw my safety vest on over it. I don't like how most uniforms feels. I like my clothes soft and and little loose and not itchy. Just order one and try it. You don't have to use up your allotment all at one time.
 
Don't work here..... My two cents is I don't like to be a billboard advertising..... Never liked wearing uniforms..... T shirts are plain no logos.

It says on the uniform page they are a trim fit and if you want it looser fitting order the next size up. What a step down from Cintas. Cintas clothing was tough and durable and at least from my perspective great customer service. Id just assume Estes give the workers the uniform allotment in our checks and lets us buy from what store we want. Some workers never buy any uniforms and that money stays with Estes.

Uniforms are a good thing , as we all know there are a few drivers that forgot how to use a washing machine & come into work looking like Pig Pen !
