With all due respect for the Duerson family and their loss,these concussion lawsuits by former players are frivolous,imo.First,the league just recently learned the risk associated with multiple concussions and have adjusted their rules accordingly.Second,since most of these players went to college,they should be smart enough to know football is a contact sport and their are risks involved.
Its way too easy,in todays society,to blame someone else for their hardship.Not only that but then try to seek compensation from someone else.
