GREETINGS ALL DRIVERS,

For those of US that use Tobacco products and have had Medical Exams performed at "Doc in a Box" locations AND been told You Have To Take This Lung Evacuation Test to PASS Your D.O.T. PHYSICAL EXAM, well YOU NEED NO SUCH TEST and the location cannot invalidate your completion for refusing such non enforced, non documented requirement.
There is absolutely NOTHING listed at the F.M.C.S.R. site PROVING any such "test" is a requirement.
The "doc in a box" locations have seriously MISREAD the supposedly suggested materials for Tobacco using Drivers of C.M.V.s and have taken it upon themselves to somehow make such false need for a Lung Evacuation Test/Pulmonary Function Test a mandatory part of your D.O.T. PHYSICAL EXAM.
NO SUCH REQUIREMENT- - HAVE THEM PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION AND PROVE THE VALIDITY OF THEIR "CLAIM"!!
They will not because there is NO such requirement and THEY KNOW IT.

The ONLY location on the Exam Form requesting such Tobacco use question:
Driver Health History:
Page 2
Form MCSA-5875
(Revised: 12/09/2015)
OMB No. 2126-0006
DRIVER HEALTH HISTORY
29. Have you ever used or do you now use tobacco?
yes, no, not sure

NOTHING supporting ANY Requirement for said "Breathing Test":

CHALLENGE>> IF any C.M.V. Driver can find any type of Pulmonary Function Test/Lung Evacuation Test regarding Tobacco Usage listed as a Regulation of/in the F.M.C.S.R. and/or D.O.T., please POST IT TO THIS THREAD so WE may update OUR knowledge.
