Why with all the Republicans right up the NRA's kiester and support all the gun carrying laws will they not let them into the building grounds?

Everyone in the state has to put up with the loonies legal right to wear guns in public day to day.
And those in the city of Cleveland will have to contend with them in the streets.

But if you have seen the security fences, concrete barricades and check points you know the guns don't get inside with the people who approve the laws allowing them outside.

Whats up with that?

With millions from the NRA, the Republican Party will always stand on the side of the gun.

Guns, yes I have two, probably so rusted now they will not even fire. And if someone broke in my house, they would probably kill me before I could ever get to one of my rusted gun. I wonder if they even have bullets in them? Once in a great while, we hear about someone with a gun preventing a crime or any type of violent act, but more often, the criminal or intruder already has the "drop" on the other person before the other person even knows what is going on. So, what is the benefit of a gun? I have friends who have spent thousands on guns, only to have the "bragging rights". I just don't get it. I have better things to do with my money than to spend it on something that I would never use.

I would be in favor of everyone getting to carry weapons into the Republican convention......just as soon as everyone gets the authority to carry one inside the White House.

I think the SS can seriously suggest that you follow their protocol but Trump and the other politicians made the final decision.
