Quality people require quality wages.. Simple... Curious to see if they have any benefits, poor healthcare can wipe out any gains they ever get. Co-pays, deductibles, etc... IMHO, Amazon is just an illusion somehow fooling everyone into believing they are a profit monster and the "way" it should all be. Correct me if I am wrong...

I just saw the news today that the employee's were getting bonuses,& company stock.
However they are just going to work for the hourly rate with no more benny's

Amazon.... Setting the pace for a new generation.. Gotta give them credit for dominating the headlines for a day or so.. Never said they were stupid... I still shop at Sears, and Ace Hardware....
 
Ups would rather pay $40+ an hour on the dock to full timers, than pay casuals a better starting wage, so as to attract employees.

Thats why i laugh at kris Taylor's position that the company lost money for a few years. They are ****ing clueless, constantly stepping over dollars to pick up pennies.
