Several terminals with drivers names for extra days but when you call to see what your going to be doing a lot of drivers are told no freight. So if you are working nights and you sleep all day on your day off so you can do your extra turn you just wasted a day do them not having any freight for you to run. Shouldnt you get paid if its mandatory at least a little something since they made you waste a day? Just curious i know the office people really dont understand that time is valuable to a driver when they are at home with family and if you have to sleep the day away so you can do a mandatory drive that then not mandatory because they have no freight. You cant plan to go anywhere or really do anything because its mandatory. I know its just a rant but our time matters too even if we are just drivers.

Call Central but don't actually put in any of the terminal information and cycle through the options a few times. If anyone asks why you didn't work, say that you called Central and they told you to stay home. Lol
