This may not be an issue for many, three days off for immediate family members has not been upgraded. I submitted a proposal to raise it to five days, just like the management team and office personnel. These include your Mother,Father,Sister,Brother,Child,Grandchild and Grandparents. Sister-in-law, Brother-in-law have not been added as immediate family members.
