Iv'e been advising people and I might as well tell you. If your thinking of maybe selling your home in the next few years then do it now.
If Trumps wins I expect major economic turmoil and a recession / depression. and possible worse.
If you bought around the last crash you maybe close to what you paid it took a long long time to claw back.
You need to ask yourself will I need out of the house sooner than roughly 9-10 years from now?
If you do then do it before Trump gets elected.
Put the money you make in the bank, you may even be able to buy back your old home in foreclosure way cheaper than you sold it for in 2-3 years.
