Oldies but Goodies

i vaguely remember Little Richard being on a talk show. he talked about how things were for black singers to break into the business. he spoke of him writing a song or two or more, for Elvis(???) and many other "white" singers.

because of whatever racial situations of the 40's, 50's, 60's, (and earlier/later), we never got to hear of the music of some of the finest entertainers of our times.

now they ARE oldies, AND goodies.

i'd rather have some "oldies" music any day over the head banging thuggery crap of the so called singers and bands of today.
