sunday the T/M came in left his keys ID and crap on his desk and left texted some guys and said good by. what a crap show.

Let's guess it's more economical to get outside vendor to come do your repairs? They will probably come by twice a week won't fix nothing because they are waiting on parts. Welcome to the Dog and Pony Show.
