He laid out the laws she broke. He laid out the number of top secrets she spilled (and said under oath she didn't). He said the whole thing was wrong, illegal, or grossly negligent. He said she was probably hacked and that there is evidence of her unlawfulness . Then said he recommends no prosecution.

Trump needs to amend his insults......and add crooked Comey to his list. He has obviously been bought off. Everything that Comey said demands indictment and charges to be filed, yet he didnt recommend it.
More govt corruption.
