Opelika DC info Road test tomorrow

I have passed the phone interview and now I'm scheduled for my road test and physical tomorrow. I'm assuming there will be some type of interview upon arrival.

I guess my question is, does anyone on here have any info on this DC and how they run? This is a grocery DC. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? Do they service the stores or just other general merchandise Dc's?

not dure about Opelika, but in my territory, being out of a grocery dc is just as good as a general merchandise dc. the grocery drivers fun general merchandise and backhauls as well as grocery freight just like every driver in the system does. good luck in road test remember to pre-trip like you are a d.o.t cop on a mission lol
 
Thanks, they called today. Orientation starts February 10th. This has been one of the toughest decisions of my life. Hopefully I have made the right decision only time will tell lol
