I have seen two drivers today given written warnings for late dispatch,one 1 minute late, the other 6 minutes late.Both of them had to break a set to build a set. I dont understand, because as long as you put this in delay comments in the computer I thought it was okay? Can anyone explain this to me?

They must have not put it in the computer right. I go to dispatcher and have him put in delay pay for things like that. The key is dispatching yourself on the computer before u go pee. Once dispatched the pressure is off. I was told couple of weeks ago we were 100% but one run was 4 mintues and other one was 9 mintues. FED EX is watching this real close I was told
