TForce | Paperless ???

Been with my outfit 20 years. Bout 150-some drivers at my barn. A few of us still get paid with checks. Me and another long timer are two of em
I want to help you get ready for retirement. My understanding is that the only way you can get a social security "check" is through direct deposit. Hope this message reaches you in time to prepare for this life-changing event. :lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

Can't just chop the head off the UPS snake. The company is still stacked with UPS people who never knew how to run a freight company. They have cut the place to profitability, but there's really nothing left to cut. They must all know that the end is coming for them. I'm actually surprised that TFI has not already put one of their people in charge of the company.
I guess that's because they're still using all the ups tech for free. Once that agreement expires,I think you'll see a lot of shake UPS.
Sounds like they will do whatever till the free is over and then they they may close to break the union then use the assets in whatever way they choose. May even reopen but no union. Just a thought.

Grass ain’t always greener man!

I’ve been here 4yrs and I’m gonna keep at it.
I can’t control what ever happens but I can control my effort and my happiness.

I’m blessed to be able to be living and be healthy. This ain’t the worst gig out there. I focus on my family and doing what I can to make whatever run I’m covering get as much on my trailer as I can by hustling day in and out. In the end my life is not about me it’s all for my family. Again I am blessed!

If it's that bad and you're so unhappy here please just quit. Life is to short to be miserable.
I don't work here. I was just commenting on Teamsters post. What few hours and days they are getting at the terminal nearest me wouldn't be enough to pay my bills. I would have to take on a second job. I would just rather work at one job and make enough. Does Estes have shortcomings? Of course, but they take care of me and my family just fine. If my health holds up and the country doesn't collapse this is probably where i will hang my hat up when that time comes.

I can appreciate that, but i have had jobs to where i was so miserable it transferred over into my personal life. I had to leave them because they were killing me mentally and emotionally. At times i chose to make less just to be happy and content. I doubt T Force is the worst and i have stayed at jobs when there was writing on the walls. Was it the best decision? I don't know but at the time it was my decision. Through everything i have ever been through my wife stood by me and me by her and God with us both. We always remember our vows for better or worse.

going paperless works most days as long as you have a place on the electronic device to email them a receipt. otherwise carry a small supply of blank paper for writing out the damage and osd number on for the customer

The shippers and consignees sign up for paperless, so you don't need any of that, they can go to their online account and get a copy from the diad.

Oh, so you talked to a few guys who where once employees and on the bottom of the seniority list. You see that is how it works, Senior people work first and the new hires don't. Been that way since ovnt and UPS.
As I said you know nothing, because don't work at t-force.

Oh wow another keyboard warrior just what the world needs. Someone who doesn't and never has worked here being kind enough to tell all of is how miserable it is working here. I think about quitting every week then Friday rolls around and suddenly everything is rainbows and unicorns. For the most part I like it here a little less drama would be nice more information on the direction of the company would be great but over all I'm content.

At least they aren’t going paperless in the bathroom stalls. Could always be worse.
