Pat P and that bald headed F that finished the job off.
I started in 1988 and there was a guy with a first name Bob something, running the show. He seems like a decent guy. I heard he was pretty much forced to leave the company. Just did a seach for: "Consolidated Freightways 1988 Bob" on Google. Got some interesting back to read.
CONSOLIDATED FREIGHTWAYS CORP - CFWEQ Proxy Statement (definitive) (DEF 14A) PROXY STATEMENT

Just a little from the one site, remember some of the names? See below. BTW I now work at Yellow for the second time, laid off road, now pounding the dock. 8 1/2
years total. 10 years at CF between. I work with at least 50 exCFers. They are the hardest working, nicest people I've ever worked with.
It's like CF never shut down. We brought our
CF attitude to a company that could care less about us.

A search of the SEC's web site will provide all the answers you need. It will list everything, including the Lincoln Town Car he got.
As for all that stock handed out to those executives, unless they sold it before the bankruptcy started, it's worthless.
By the way, I still about 1900 shares of CF stock .... any offers ?
