Only if Coop abides by a few articles signed in the initial contract
1.Interviews should be swift transparent and the room needs to be well lit

2. All executives should be paid no more than enough to sufficiently secure their eligibility for welfare

3.All warning letters must be delivered by hand only mailed if said employee being written up is on a bonafied leave of absence, extended vacation or a pre approved certifiable Long Interview Process

4.Forked Freight Friday where applicable must be observed only during odd hours with a specific Forklift (chosen by The Head Steward and Operations Manager on Duty
Designated forker must qualify to get the lift keys by taking a running start and football punt style kicking barefoot into a company and Union approved brick wall

5.All vote no Shut The Door campaigns must commence no sooner than 90 days before the ballots are sent out To prevent over extended crying periods of disgruntled employees flooding the system with unprovoked sob stories and company hatred getting on the very last nerve of the Majority of employees that want to service the customers and retire

6.Badmouthing the company is a right but all untrue yaps of the mouth must be followed by a positive experience of equal or greater than intensity

7.Most Importantly
NO MORE THAN 20% OF A TERMINAL WITH MORE THAN A HUNDRED EMPLOYEES (such as YRC 309) CAN BE OUT ON INTERVIEWS AT ANY GIVEN TIME
Next in line interview BY SENIORITY will be granted after the previous interviewee finish BSing the prospect company knowing they not leaving the company they love to hate

8.Less important than #7 but important nevertheless
When Saia doesn't hire you and you subsequently file a lawsuit for that reason, you must embarrass your own self and be represented as an independent contractor and not slander the reputation and name of the company's other employees who never filled out phantom applications and set up Mock interviews in the 1st place
