XPO | pension should be last concern

Wonder why all are worried about a union pension. It can't be ant worse than our current one. The idea is to have one voice to help ensure equality amongst a large group of individuals. We have lost more benefits than most companies ever even had. Economic downturn or master corporate planning? Vvp supposed to be better than icp? Not at all.
We should be more concerned with job security, fair treatment and respect. None that exist here.
