This has been going on for three years & we don't use them. It's to the point of pathetic, if they don't know how to do proper maintenance then someone is going to step in & show them....

There is no "standards of maintenance" in the contract.
There is only "Maintenance of Standards", which has absolutely nothing to do with repairs.
