Seems such "inciDENTS" are becoming a regular weekly offering.

With these "rocket science" drivers, I'm awaiting an ALL TERRAIN TRACTOR-TRAILER with propellers in a Canal, River, Lake......then that'll somehow become commonplace until more self-driving Trucks are commonplace.

I have driven over that overpass many times since it was completed a few years ago. I wonder if the road was wet. The road has sufficient banking for the posted speed limit.
