I didnt go to the last union meeting, but the union had a seperate meeting for us after the regular meeting. I was told the union said to us "do as your told". So if we feel the company is wrong and our steward and our Great Local 600 tell us do as we are told...what are we supposed to do? I think that is wrong. I am glad to have a job and i like my job, but in St Louis we have some rules that other teriminals do not and they are not local rules.

..yes..unless it is a safety concern you are to always do as you are told ...then..file a grievance if you feel there is a reason....period....yes the process is slow and is taking many turns but it is the process....

what are the issues there,many here might be able to help..post what is going on...

Ditto, always do as your told(unless safety issue) then file. Hey greive process has always been slow but I will take it over the other option. When you complain and they tell you don't like it quit.
