Police need to go back to revolvers for service weapons

This week we have witnessed police shootings where the 'decedent' is shot multiple times.
Either the 9mm is woefully inadequate in it's purpose of killing people or the police officers can't keep their fingers from pulling the trigger.

Maybe the revolver requires an extra second of pulling effort ,maybe it would be long enough for the brain to register the fact a bullet has already hit the target and no more will be needed?

What I do know is that once the police start to fire they don't like to stop.

Then they need to stop killing people. How is it justice to execute citizens in the streets ? No judge ? No jury ?

While the Black Lives movement will ensure this gets press, don't forget way more white people are killed by the police every year than blacks.

These " officers " more like animals, what were they thinking ? How can you call this behavior a public service ? How can you say that it is the intention of society to have people dead on suspicion ? The one man had a weapon and a CCW. IT IS HIS RIGHT TO HAVE THOSE THINGS ! THAT IS NOT A CRIME ! The police need to be charged with murder and held accountable for their actions. The people that trained them need to be held accountable for what they taught. These two incidents in particular are horrifying. And completely unjust excessive forces situations. There was no legitimate reason for a lethal resolution. The " officers " escalated the aggression.

If complying gets you killed, what good is it to comply ? What good are our Rights if we are killed before they can be upheld ?

How many shots fired into the mans chest on the ground?

When the school office is getting spit on from the upper mezaninig by some punk thug want a be and you try to suspend that student and momma shows up with some POS "community leader" and refuse to acknowledge that their kid did I despite being witnessed and on camera, there is a problem

A long time ago when we went to school and a teacher said we did something if we denied it the teacher was believed. Maybe that's a reason why we know how to behave.

When ordered to provide license and registration you shouldn't be shot dead for complying.

Most cops used .38s and .357s in the revolver days. Big, awkward, recoil monsters were not realistic. Back then they also had many " New York reloads ", which is another gun. Police would rather carry several loaded pistols than attempt to reload a revolver under fire. You aren't going to change anything changing equipment. Really the weapon itself isn't the problem. Let's not forget, guns don't kill people, people kill people.

A man on the ground with another " officer " on top of him and gets shot dead. The weapon didn't make that decision. It's the people and the training that are flawed. Where is the justification for lethal force ? He had a gun ? It is our RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS ! Owning and possessing and carrying a weapon and concealing it with a permit are NOT CRIMES !

It dont look good but im reserving judgement till all the facts come out...Hands up dont shoot,turned out to be a farce in Ferguson...If these cops are guilty,they should be treated no different than a criminal.
The guy in Baton Rouge had a shady background and should not have been carrying a gun.The guy in Minny,worked in a school cafeteria,and had a concealed carry permit.If everything comes out in this one like it has to date,the cops in Minny dont have a prayer.
