Police: One person dead, multiple injuries in six-vehicle crash on I-84

Exit 5 of I84 is the way into and out of a number of trucking company locations including the YRCF Maybrook, NY breakbulk.

Tow trucks are starting to clear a westbound lane of Interstate 84 after both lanes had been closed down near Exit 5 (Maybrook) due to a six-vehicle accident that has claimed at least one life.

An update is stating that a trucker was going to fast to stop in the construction zone.
Sad that him not being focused on his surroundings, has impacted so many including him.
