They do need better forestry and land management...a good indication of that is 1/4 of the state goes poof each and every year with the most costly fires and hardest to manage of any state in the union.

During the Flint Mi poison water crisis they blamed it on the republican Governor.
Obama was President and they mayor was a democrat.
The California fires go right past the democrat governor right to President Trump.

 

Flint MI water disaster was the result of affirmative action people promoted beyond competency! We lose Billions in lost productivity every year cause of affirmative action.
