Advise that you print up a bunch of "VOTE NO" tshirts whereever ya can
And start wearing em ASAP.

Real easy. Transfer paper at Walmart. Run it thru yer printer at home,
And iron it on.

Mgmt will cry and threaten ,but they can't discipline.
At abf, mgmt threatened to " turn our names in to corporate office"lol.

They resort to sending dvds to your HOUSE .combat that propaganda
With "VOTE NO" attire.

good idea ,but I have seen 1 guy fired for refusing to remove a hat the tm didn't want him wearing -a cf hat .he was gone and never returned. and in Harrisburg a few years ago I remember something about stalag135 t shirts that didn't go over well and told them to turn them inside out of go home and stay there .

Walmart? I'm sure they sell transfer paper at a store near you that doesn't exploit their work-force. We @ 896 Local 952 had shirts made that say, NO PENSION, NO EXTENSION, right below Thunder & Lightning. TM threatened to fire a few guys if they wore them to the customer. They called his bluff and wore them with Pride anyhow. Discipline? NO!

believe me im on your side, but I believe you are wrong on this ,there are papers you signed before you were hired that gives them the right to oppose anything you wear {t-shirts hats or what ever} as being considered disruptive ,they have the right to ask you to remove such object and if you don't the can have you escorted of THEIR property ..
many forget that the work for yrc and not the union.
my point is just watch your step and do nothing that can get you walked off because you all know how much backing you will get from your local.

I can see it now. Well we will reinstate the grievant without back pay.

If your ba wasn't at the terminal in 15 flat taking a massive **** on the tm's desk he needs to be replaced.

^^^^ Delusional ^^^^

If a TM lets a BA come in and tell him how his facility is going to operate that differs from the contract terms, the TM is the one that needs to be replaced. You've got to work together---the BA knows there are some real ****bag Teamsters that he/she needs to go in that office and put on a show for just to save face. The TM knows sometimes one of his supervisor flunkies on a power-trip screws the pooch and they've got to pay.

Some hot head coming into my office with his chest puffed up can get the **** out and come back in when he's ready to act with some degree of decorum<------that doesn't mean I would expect an obsequious BA. Just one that can come in, sit down, and aire the grievance.
