It is tripe, But I don’t have the stomach for thatI always called it tripe, guess I'm never too old to learn.
I recall my dad cooked this stuff when I was a kid.It is tripe, But I don’t have the stomach for that
Are you sure that wasn't tilapia???I recall my dad cooked this stuff when I was a kid.
It's stringy and tough but very tasty when rolled in flour and fried.
You shouldn't cower from giving it a try.It is tripe, But I don’t have the stomach for that

Why do cows wear bells?........because their horns don't workThen you need to hoof it out of there.
Is that an out of service violation? Why do cows wear bells?........because their horns don't work
I am old enough (66) to remember when most all companies (including union”Yellow”) used the pay scale where you started out $1 below top wage and got raises at 90-days, 6-months, and 1 year top out. I find it insulting to dock workers to pay them less than a driver. I have done both many years in my 38-years of trucking. Having a CDL does set a driver apart, but so does working all night in winter and summer while the rest of the world is sleeping. I feel staggered wages causes easy dissension. (Just my opinion).Just like 2013 they dismissed my concerns 2 tier wages of dock workers making $16hr working in the weather heat and cold.
NPME Scranton has 1 roster. P&D has same pay grade as dockmen. You can't make seniority list without a CDLI am old enough (66) to remember when most all companies (including union”Yellow”) used the pay scale where you started out $1 below top wage and got raises at 90-days, 6-months, and 1 year top out. Did you tell him Yellow better bring something to the International they will approve?? We're not voting on a COOyesterday a vp of the New England region showed up at 186 Worcester ma.He met with drivers couldn’t answer any simple questions but did keep articulateing the point that coo has to pass to compete. We have been down this road before they want to take more from us then enrich themselves. This guy was a freaking tool and by his side was the safety guy who was a teamster out of Maybrook ny who went to the other side an arrogant pos who wants to tell drivers who forgot more than he knows how to drive.
Goodber knew 15% of Cary Grant’s routine, lol. (Judy, Judy, Judy). He also could repeat 15% of Edward G.I remember cousin Goober
I can accept those grounds as long as all employees know where they stand in the beginning.NPME Scranton has 1 roster. P&D has same pay grade as dockmen. You can't make seniority list without a CDL
