Any word on a Greensboro NC Term?

RLR owns hundreds of commercial properties nation wide.
They own dozens of truck terminals that are not used by R&L.
I think it would be doubtful they would open a terminal in Greensboro when they have a terminal approximately 60 miles away in China Grove.
