Unless the patriot o-line has improved alot since last season ?
Cam will be running just as much or more then Tom did in 2019

As far as cams arm goes Training camp should reveal more in August

Cam is big and strong. If he just went to being a full time pocket passer. He would look a lot like Rothlesburger. To big to blitz with a DB. And most LBs. He'd just throw the guy to the ground. Or literally ignore him and deliver the throw.

There are very few left in the nfl who can stay in the pocket.
Even big ben is all banged up for trying to achieve that long term.
The Pat's will have to get o-linemen on reserve in order to make it happen

With Brady gone and possibly the bucs picking up his contract ? They might be able to pull it off

The best QBs in the league are still your prototype arm slingers. The Lamar Jacksons of the world can do some incredible things for a while. But the hits will add up. If you want to play for rings. You need to be able to stand and deliver. And Brady is the proof of that. Dude can't out run the offensive line. But he's got rings.

That's because HC bill is a my way or the highway coach
Protect the QB or get on the bench ( but that's mostly in the past )
I know tampa is going to be that risky with the o- line and bruce the HC doesnt have the cash to look for o-line protection to match the Pat's
