What is the split between extra board and bid slots. What percent of drivers are on the extra board, and what percent have a regular assigned start time every day?

Someone will say different I'm sure, but this was from VP of Operations after my barn had a 60/40 just after the first of the year. I asked this VP personally and he told me this is per Ann Arbor. 85/15 is where it should be at least in the eastern region.

Should be 90/10 if your barn has ESL runs.

In the South there is no "flex" board.All city drivers work,shag routes or city swaps. Day or night L/H no run = work the dock at my barn.
