Please tell me the concessions you made at Estes. Just curious heard it is a good company, but heard some conflicting numbers. Please include any cuts in 401k, insurance, pay wages, holiday...etc. Thanks

We lost 12 paid holidays, 7 sick days, 5 personal and 25% of our income but at least we didn't have to vote on it.
We are not supposed to gamble so I don't know what the deal was with the 401k but they may have to pay back the matching part of it with pentalties and interest.
