I think I figured it out!
If you want to quote multiple people in a topic. I believe you need to click on the +MULTI-Q button on each persons reply.
Once you click on the +MULTI-Q button it becomes a -MULTI-Q button.
Click on post reply like you normally would and suddenly all those MULTI-Q buttons you clicked on will be in your reply screen.
Now you can can rip apart each person you quoted.
If I'm not mistaken I think Bankrupt asked about this in another forum.
