How did it come to this. Who do we blame? Teamsters? Indy? I thought the teamsters were supposed to work for the working group.
It doesn't sound like they looked out for everyone when they sat with Indy. I now know it wasn't the same everywhere, I've had it good my whole career so I see things differently. Why did Indy say yes so fast without considering the group as a whole, after all isn't about the collective whole? at least that is what is being preached. But in the end it is still about each individual terminal for themselves. Won't this cause more devisiveness in the end. People working under conditions that was forced upon us based on one terminal's impatience.
5 years is a long time, contrary to what some think.
Just venting, I am not given enough time or information to make an educated decision on this so I will vent instead.
