The link above is for a accident on the trucking accident page. There was a report a couple of weeks ago on the radio about a large recall for Volvo tractors. The cause of the accident sounds like the exact reason for the recall. I am wondering if some of our tractors are involved in the recall and if they are if there is an accident if it would be chargeable

The recall covers VNL & VNM models 2001-2006 with the TRW sealed drag links.

i drove a red volvo r6220 and the right ball joint came off the truck as i made a left hand turn. they got it fixed and put it back on the road. i asked them about the recall, they replied "what recall?
