It worked to keep the sheep in the dark and voting yes , while all the time it was just a big plan to bust union pride and cut wages -15% , see it's pretty easy to do just run up expenses and say your broke and put your real money in a Cayman Island Bank and the sheep will fall for the fake bankruptcy threats and vote yes .............
It's only secret to those folks too dumb/lazy to read financial reports and SEC filings. But then again what else would they have to whine about every day?

I remember the the stock that YRC traded us for the concessions. I also remember the first 10 shares for 1 reverse split followed by the 25 for 1 share reverse split with left us with 0.$hit. Will never convince me that they did not have that planned from day one. Gangsters and thieves never sleep.
