Info as far as where you would run to, health insurance regarding how much you pay towards your deductible, pension and starting pay. Thanks
 
Cant recall exactly I think it’s 1500/annual single
2000 family , $20 copay dr visit (medical) on 80/20% ( 20%is us)
Once deductible is met they pay 100%, so if you or wife are hospitalized once they will cover everything 100%
best way to find out is call central states @ 8003235000 if you’re in central states
 
CS Teamcare is $200 per person, $400 family deductible, $2,300 out of pocket, no premium costs to employee. Dental and eyes included
